I’ve dedicated the last fifteen years to learning everything about Mental Health, personal transformation, the human mind, and a mix of other related practices like emotional intelligence, diversity, sustainability, and spirituality.

I have a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP), and I’m a Certified Professional Coach (PPC). I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.

I’ve served on the Board of Directors for the ICF Los Angeles Chapter. Today, I’m the founder and Head Coach at Bloom.
