Here is the {Naked} truth… the more comfortable we are in our own skin, the better life gets. Each of us has been given a unique physical design that gift wraps the beauty within us. Weight, size, shape, color…these physical qualities are put in all kinds of combinations to package our individuality. But…let’s consider this…when we’re given a gift do we just sit back and admire the wrapping? Maybe for a moment but then we rip it open with great anticipation for the surprise inside. We need to love and appreciate the style in which we’ve been wrapped while remembering that at our core, each of us is a gift waiting to be opened. Feeling comfortable with our physical design helps us move beyond it and enhances our confidence in every aspect of our lives…

So let’s go to the heart of the matter. How comfortable are you?

As you look at your comfort with self, what are your areas of:

Greatest comfort:

Greates discomfort:

In what areas would you most like to increase your comfort?

What are you willing to do to make this happen?

This week take action!

  • Make a commitment to increase your level of comfort with yourself by spending time with your body. Maybe spending some time under the sun caressing your skin or pay extra attention to an area of discomfort, this week make it your comfort zone.
  • Eliminate thoughts, foods, habits that create discomfort. Invest and commit to a self-respect week in all aspects.

One last thought, once you change the internal message about your body, everything changes externally. Get ready to experience and awesome week.
