2617393512_e77c6be26dIn the best selling book “Who Moved My Cheese?”, Haw the anxious mouse knows they should take action to solve their problem rather than sit down and wait for the solution to magically come their way. Anxiety for many is a sign that something is terrible wrong. It can’t be that bad, Danish philosopher Soren Kierkegaard says “Anxiety–is the dizziness produced in any reasonable being who stands at the brink of genuine freedom”.

We have all felt the nerves, the clues of our body telling us to wake up and move forward. It is a nauseating feeling, our body paralyzes and thousand of thoughts invade our mind, flagging us of everything that could and will go wrong. You don’t have to resist anxiety, empower it, by asking yourself–The{Naked}truth–What am I resisting? What needs to happen next? and be ready to take action, just as Haw did.
